The "Choose Your Impact" Program

At Cigar City Title, we believe that a strong community is the foundation of every great home. That is why we are committed to giving back to the Tampa Bay area with every transaction we close.

How it works: We have pledged to donate $50 from our corporate proceeds for every closed transaction to a local non-profit. But instead of us choosing where the money goes, we let you decide. At your closing, you will be invited to select one of our six charity partners, and we will direct the donation to them on your behalf.

Special Operations Warrior Foundation (Mission: Military & Veteran Families)

Why we support them: Headquartered right here in Tampa near MacDill AFB, SOWF provides immediate financial assistance to severely wounded, ill, and injured active-duty Special Operations personnel, and fully funds the college education of the surviving children of fallen Special Operators.

Children’s Cancer Center (Mission: Pediatric Medical & Family Support)

Why we support them: Based locally in Tampa, this incredible organization provides vital educational, emotional, and financial assistance to local children battling cancer or chronic blood disorders, and their families.

The Gold Shield Foundation (Mission: First Responders)

Why we support them: Created specifically for the Tampa Bay area, the Gold Shield Foundation provides immediate financial assistance and higher education funding to the spouses and children of local law enforcement officers and firefighters who have tragically lost their lives in the line of duty.

  • Why we support them: A house isn't a home without our furry family members. The Humane Society provides shelter, medical care, and adoption services for thousands of homeless pets in Tampa Bay every year.
